This is a great question we get asked all the time.
 
During any workout, it is best to wear your hair extensions in a tight braid if your extensions are long, up in a bun or if you like having your hair up.
 
The reason for this is because you are moving a lot during a workout at the gym, and you want your hair extension bonds to have as little movement as possible.  Hair extensions will last much longer if they are in a tight braid at the gym as this puts less stress on the roots of your hair.
 
Another reason to wear your hair extensions in a tight braid at the gym is safety, you don't want your hair extensions getting caught in moving machinery, that can be painful, not to mention embarrassing, while that hot guy walks by you while you are pretending not to notice!
